  • • Campaign & Collaboration Data: Campaign briefs, deliverables, communications, and files shared between users.

3. How We Use Your Information

Platform Operations

  • • Facilitate connections between Brands and Creators
  • • Enable campaign creation, applications, and tracking

Between Users

Profile information (name, username, bio, photo, social stats) is visible to other users as part of the platform's collaboration functionality. Campaign briefs and messages are shared with the relevant Brand or Creator counterparty.

Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Collabin.ai, its users, or the public.

Business Transfers

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  • • Deleting your account removes your sign-in, profile, uploaded media and account-owned campaign or collaboration records.
  • • Shared conversations and messages, some reviews, safety reports, block records and a deletion audit remain after account deletion. The audit contains account identifiers, names, contact and social profile details, and deletion date and reason.
  • • These retained records currently have no scheduled automatic purge. Contact collabin.ai@gmail.com about retained personal information.
  • • Block relationships and reports are stored to support user safety. Reports identify the reporter, reported user or content, reason, optional details and submission time, and are available to the service operator for review.
  • • Delete your Collabin account on the website, without using the mobile app.
