Make your profile brand-ready

Show your niche, city, platforms, audience and best work clearly. Keep contact details current and make sure recent posts represent the quality you can deliver.

Brands want to know who they will reach and what the finished content can look like. A focused portfolio is more useful than a long list of every post.

Pitch the right brands

Research the brand before contacting it and explain why the partnership fits your audience. Suggest a specific content idea instead of sending a generic message.

Include your deliverables, timeline and a rate or package when appropriate, then leave room to discuss the brief.

Deliver professionally

Confirm the brief, deadlines, revisions, disclosure and payment terms in writing. Meet deadlines and communicate early if something changes.

Good work and reliable communication lead to repeat deals and recommendations.

01Chapter 1

How to get brand deals in Pakistan (even with 1,000 followers) By the Collabin team · 12 October 2026 · 9 min read What Pakistani brands look at before they hire a creator, where to find paid work, and how to pitch so they reply.

02Chapter 2

Brand deals start a lot earlier than most creators think. Plenty of Pakistani brands, especially small ones, would rather pay someone with 5,000 engaged followers in their city than chase a big name they can't afford. What gets you hired is whether a brand can look at your page and picture their product on it. This guide covers what brands check, how to set up your page, where the deals are and how to pitch. What brands look at before they reply When a brand opens your profile, they're asking one question. If we pay this person, will the right people see it and care? Four numbers answer it.

03Chapter 3

Followers come first, but brands mostly use them as a rough guide to price. There's no minimum to get started. On Collabin you can sign up and apply for campaigns with 1,000 followers. Some campaigns set their own minimum, and you'll see it before you apply. Average likes on your ordinary posts matter more. A brand wants to know what a normal post gets, so one video that blew up won't count for much if everything else gets 40 likes. Engagement rate is the share of your followers who react to a typical post. Above 3% is healthy, and small accounts often reach 5% or more. This is your strongest card against bigger creators, so know your number. Views on recent Reels and TikToks tell a brand how many people will actually watch. If your videos regularly get views close to your follower count, put that in your pitch. On Collabin brands see all four as soon as they open your profile. We read them from your public posts and keep them updated, so you never have to send screenshots. Brands trust them more because you can't edit them. Set up your page so brands say yes Before you pitch anyone, look at your page the way a brand would. Pick a niche and stay in it. A skincare brand wants a creator whose followers come for skincare. If your last 12 posts cover food, cricket, a cousin's wedding and a phone review, it's hard for anyone to see where they'd fit. Two or three niches are fine as long as they connect, like fashion and beauty, or food and travel.

04Chapter 4

Put your city in your bio. A lot of Pakistani brands only sell in one or two cities, and local reach is often exactly what they're paying for. Make a few sponsored-style posts before anyone sponsors you. Review something you already own, the way you would for a brand. Brands get to see what they'd be paying for, and you get something for your portfolio. Add an email or another clear way to reach you. Brands move on quickly when a DM sits unanswered. On Collabin your profile covers most of this. You add your niches, city, bio, photos, past work and rates, and link your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook or LinkedIn. Brands who search by niche and city find you without you having to find them first. Where to find brand deals in Pakistan The first route is pitching brands yourself. Start with brands you already buy from, especially local ones that are active on Instagram but rarely work with creators. Small clothing labels, home bakers, skincare startups, cafés and gyms are often happy to try, and they reply much faster than big companies. The second is applying to campaigns. On Collabin's Explore Campaigns page, brands post what they want, with the brief, deliverables, budget, deadline and any follower minimum shown before you apply. Pay can be money, products or services. You can apply on the brand's terms or propose your own, and the brand accepts, counters or declines. The third is letting brands come to you. Brands on Collabin search for creators and can invite you to their campaigns. A complete profile with your rates listed gets found more often. How to pitch a brand Brands get a lot of messages that just say "hi, interested in a collab?" Most of them go unanswered. A good pitch is short and gives the brand everything it needs to say yes.

05Chapter 5

Open with who you are in one line: name, niche and city. Then say why you picked this brand. If you already use the product, say which one. Give your followers, average likes and engagement rate. Share one idea in a couple of sentences, then finish with a clear price or package. A sample pitch, so you can see the shape of it: Hi, I'm a fashion creator in Lahore with 14,000 followers on Instagram. I've worn your lawn suits for two summers and my followers keep asking where they're from. My posts average about 650 likes and comments, an engagement rate of around 4.6%. I'd like to do a Reel styling one suit three ways, for the office, a dawat and Eid. My rate for one Reel and two Stories is Rs35,000. Send it to the brand's email if they list one, or DM them if they don't. If you hear nothing in a week, follow up once, then move on. Your first deal: what to agree before you start Get the details in writing. That means what you'll post and where, when the draft is due and when it goes live, how many rounds of changes are included, how much you'll be paid and when, and whether the brand can run your video as an ad. That last one is called usage rights, and you should charge extra for it. With a brand you haven't worked with before, asking for half upfront is normal.

06Chapter 6

On Collabin you agree all of this in one chat, so there's a record. You submit the work, the brand approves it or asks for changes, and they pay you directly. Collabin doesn't take a cut. Then you both leave reviews, and good reviews make the next deal easier to win. How much to charge Start from your follower range and adjust for engagement and niche. As a rough guide, nano creators (1,000 to 10,000 followers) charge 3,000 to 15,000 rupees for an Instagram post, and micro creators (10,000 to 100,000) charge 15,000 to 120,000. A Reel costs more than a post and a Story costs less. UGC videos, which you make for a brand to post on its own page, usually go for 5,000 to 40,000. We cover this in detail in how much to charge for a sponsored post. Product-only deals are fine early on if it's something you'd actually use. Once you have a few results to show, ask for cash. Mistakes that cost creators deals Buying followers is the fastest way to lose one. Brands check engagement, and a 50,000- follower account at 1% looks much weaker than a 5,000-follower account at 6%. Sending the same pitch to every brand is a close second. Brands can tell, especially when the message never mentions their product. The last one is going quiet once the deal is done. Reply quickly, hit your deadlines, and send the brand your views, saves and link clicks after the post goes live. Brands rebook creators who make their job easy, and repeat deals are where steady income comes from.
